United StatesThis top is so cute! Although I still would have preferred not having the shoulder cut out, but overall, it is very flattering. My only complaint is that at the top of the shoulder, the material is kind of wonky and doesn't lay flat. I have ordered a larger size. Hoping that maybe if the top is more relaxed, that will go away but we shall see.
