United StatesI don't understand why the fabric on these leggings is so much tighter than all my others. I literally exchanged the same size thinking it was a flue but nope. I can barely get them over my hips, and I have over 20 pairs of yd. Never encountered this B4 and my bells in the same print are not this way. What's happening??
